buddy Alert

I did a search for this particular idea, and also I wasn't sure what section to post it in:

Me and our Guild had an idea that a buddy alert system was implemented so that when a buddy comes online it tells you in the chat box that someone <name> has logged on, because I have noticed over the last couple of weeks that when I randomly check Guild players and buddy players, I notice that a friend is online, and I had no idea.

I think this would be a good addition to the game.
