Shadow staff req 9 divine 20% recharge smiting 9% global speed

Can't stand monking, so I don't know if something like this is actually useful to anyone:

Gold Max Shadow Staff
Req 9 divine
Fast recharge on Smiting Prayers (20%)
Fast Casting/Global (9%)
native mods that i don't even remember... 3 energy and 4 armor? some crap like that.
