unfortunatly req 7 doesnt really increase the price much unless its a good skin. average is about 25% for lesser-skins. req 7 will increase the value of most good skinned weapons by appx 50%; such as longsword and wingblade; on weapons like bruteswords or fellblades, etc, it increases the value by 100%or more.
the standard value of this particular item is generally in the 175-200k range, but it depends on whos buying and when.

but 50k is a ridiculous PC; as the mods themselves are worth that much.

If it were a clean one, then I think the 75k estimate sounds about right. But this one does have the sundering (bleh) and fortitude mods, so I would say it's 100k+, somewhere around 130k.

Keep in mind that auction prices sometimes go higher than what the item is worth, depending on how much the buyer wants the item.
