Warrior Elementalists, how long can they last in combat.
W/M can heal.
W/N can also heal and drain life, adding to their own.
W/E just how viable can they be.

To answer your direct question...
W/E{earth} can last longer in combat with a monk healing them then any other class combo I know of. Yeah a W/Mo can heal itself which is great, but if you already have a Monk in the party, its kinda redundant.
W/E{Fire} can't survive sustained attacks usually because of its need to carry a focus item and wear slightly-inferior gladiator armor but it specializes in making battles end fast... REALLY FAST
With an energy pool of 38 I'll walk into said pile of monsters, Pop a phoenix (for about 150 aoe fire damage at point blank , then an inferno for another 90 aoe fire damage... then pop up a conjure, then should have just enough energy to engage flurry/frenzy (my weapon is a 15-22 fire with 15% damage in a stance) the only thing you have to do now is wade through the last chunks of all their lifebars, and the battle is over.
