i'm not sure i'm understanding this completely...

we're suppossed to be able to bring our current Prophecies campaign characters to Cantha right? but if i bring my Lvl 20 Warrior what happens to him? Will it be like a PvP only character in Cantha or can i play the storyline with him aswell, though that'd add a HUGE disadvantage to the weak enemies in starting areas.



Basically my question is, do current Chapter 1 characters get full access to the Canthan environment? or Do i have to make a new character to play through the game.

I think I heard something about ascended characters from each campaign only being able to go into the high lvl areas of the other campaign. So your Factions characters would only be able to come to Southern Shiverpeaks and beyond and the Prophecies chars would only be able to go to the Factions post ascension area. Not sure really, but this would mesh well with the rumor that they are going to completely close off the droks run. If they closed off the run then it would prevent Factions chars from getting into the lower lvl areas and re-pwning the charr.

Only problem I see is that C2 characters will need to cap elites (they will have both games) from Crystal Desert.

I also hearing (not sure) that with C2 at least, 80% of the content is meant for lvl 20 characters.

I don't see them closing of Drok run for the fact it a short cut so you can do targets skill cap for pvp unlocks but this was put in place before faction points so they could be changing there mines but I don't see it happening.

Im also going to assume it allows you to go to cantha from c1 around there lvl 20 content. It not that unfair as in jumping to Ascalon now and helping people with missions w/ your lvl 20 and all the real pvp is in the battle isles which both have access to.
