My least favourite drop is any material that doesn't drop abundantly. I don't mind getting 193 bones during a mission, but if I pick up 4 wood, a granite, and 8 dust by the end I'm usually kind-of annoyed.

Stonefist guantlets, although ya only need 4
Focuses from crafters, although they usually suck
Geomancer armour...

Bad drops from the Obsidian Chests is what I hate. I hear all these good things about chest runs at FoW. So finally when I run across a chest and open it, I found a GOLD Shadow Shield! AL 16 & only req 8 str, and so I open inventory and thinking all the while, "yeah since this is gold its gonna be with +45 health, or -3 dmg (chance 100%)" or some other crazy mod that doesn't exist, since it IS a gold Shadow Shield, which I've never seen before. I end up getting this:
One of the worse mods on a shield ever. Pay 1.5k for a key, get a 304g value item.

I'd love that shield! My warrioress carried a similar one (altho hers was a Defender with bleeding reduced) the entire game until she retired. Hopefully I can find another when her 'sister' joins the game since I gave her shield to a guildie. If you should want to get rid of that one........

I hate getting a gold weapon thats one point from max damage, or its mods are 1 from being perfect.
But what i hate the most of anything are raven staffs - I did a SF run once with henchies, with 5 other henchies and i got a total (no im not making this up) of 12 raven staffs, all of them were white or blue and crappy - plus even if you get a good one of those nobody wants them.
