Clearer question about infusing

Ok....my last question seemed to be confusing. Here are the steps.... 1)All 4 rangers and the necro had spiked. 2) I infused the one that was getting spiked. 3) my health got halved. 4) "the one that was getting spike" did not get any health boost at all. 5) i had the person selected with yellow line around the box name. 6) i'm really pissed...
*PS: my healing prayer is at 16.
I am rank 8 with 4358 fame
Obviously, i am not bad at infusing.
I will try to take a screenshot and post it if i have a chance.
If Anet is reading this please fix the "bug"

R8 IWAY LFG. J/K. Anyway, perhaps you had someone else selected when you casted Infuse Health? I just tested it and it works properly.
