It's a staff with +13 energy, 9 of it conditional, req 3 domination, low dmg...people can add a +5 energy head to it for a total of +18 energy.. and a wrap for defense.

18 energy sounds nice. What do u mean "conditional" ? You have to ne >50% or something?
