Been looking all over and cant find where to get these skills from quests, i know where to buy them, but would rather not if they were available from quests.. any help would be appreciated

As far as I know, they're non-questable.

alright thank you, i assumed that cause no matter where i looked the quest for them wasnt listed, just didnt feel like wasting skill points... even though ill have like 100 extra lol..

well you can get riposte earlier on by capping Nav Sharpquill in the North Kryta Province. Can't help you with deadly riposte though.
