supplies for the duke quest

anyone else getting problems with this quest? when i escort the suppliers to the piken square i didnt get a quest update and i had to start over is it because there were enuf survivors( i had 2 survive).

You have to keep them all alive I believe.

You also have to sit there a moment and wait until they catch up and pass through or hover at the gate to Piken with you.. If you out distance them and run through before they get there or at least close enough, I guess the game decided you left them behind and that some charr you didn't kill snuck up and ate them.

Patience in all things.. hehe

The easiest way to do this quest is to start from Piken Square and clean all the mobs before you go get the Suppliers, then escort them back to Piken

As Corwin said you need to also go slow on the trip back with them. They will lag way behind and if they are too far and you accidently zone into Piken Square the quest wont finish correctly because they didnt make it to the zone line before you zoned.

It should also be noted that you don't actually have to zone back into Piken Square to get the quest update message. Although you will have to eventually go back to get your reward but it's not necessary to finish the step that involves the others following you. Just stand next to the zone point and once they catch up the quest will be updated and they will disappear. Then you can go about your way.

This helps to know if you have other quests in the area and don't want to have to clear out the path that you had already cleared.

Same thing happened to my group- we zoned in to Piken and didn't get the quest. The sucky thing is I can't take on that quest by myself as a lvl 7 Me/E so time to find another group
