I said it many times and i'll say it again - there is absolutely no good reason to cast shover on the same target more than once (unless it has moved).
You will not get more knockdowns nor uber dps from it. It takes 8 seconds for shover to even start doin damage... you could use that time to cast rodgot's invocation and fireball and something else and _kill_ mobs instead knocking them down 5 times and letting them heal up again.
This isnt what the "nuke" all about. The "nuke" is about compressing your damage into timespan of 3-4 seconds, which means that you have to combine your spells in a way that they scale down in terms of delay of effect. So first you would most likely cast shover, then something that takes 3-4 seconds cast ans start dealing damage, then something that takes 1-2 seconds and then (if mobs still alive) something that is 3/4 of a second cast time.
Trying to echo the hell out of biggest spell simply doesn't work. Even if your dps will overcome healing abilities of mobs, you still wasted too much energy and time on it.
Also I want to say that the only reason you would want to use arcane echo if you want to free up elite slot for something like elemental attunement. Otherwise glyph of renewal beats both echo and arcane echo.

Read the spell description of Arcane Echo. A Glyph causes it to "end prematurely."
