Cool war hammer skin (rotating spikes)

I can prolly get a zealous or fortitude mod on it, or any other mod cept 5/1 vamp (dont know how much this is worth). PC on what i have now and how much it could possibly be worth?

Don't mod it and if you really wanna sell try to get 2-3k cause of the nice skin.
