PC on rare Shadow Shield and rare wingblade sword

Helo,

Can anyone give me an idea what these items are worth?



Shadow shield
Armor 16 (req 8 Strength)
Recieved damage -2 (While in stance)

Cruel Wingblade Sword of Shelter
Slashing damage: 15-22 (req 11 sword)
Damage +15% (while enchanted)
Lengthens deep wound by 33%
Armor +6 (vs. physical attacks)

I know the sword has a high req, but that should not be a problem for a high lvl W, imho its pefect for etin farming.
