I still think they overkilled some items. And while I appreciate that PvP is equally as important as PvE, I find it frustrating that the abuse of skills in that aspect of the game have all but ruined some skills.

My most disappointing changes from the update:
Mantra of Resolve. Virtually impossible now to use as a splash skill. Was it maybe a little too generous in the amount of mana it took away with only 6 point in it? Probably, I won't deny that, but for it to go from losing 3 energy to losing 8 on each interrupt is a deal breaker.

Order of the Vampire:
The way they changed it just doesn't make sense. Other skills got cast times or energy costs changed to make them less abusable. But the change to OotV to not work with other necro enchants doesn't hold with the flavor of the spell at all. Depending on the concern of the skill, there were surely better ways to balance it without going in such a bizarre direction.

Offering of Blood:
Certainly still usable and requires the caster to be more careful but it was overly nerfed, imo, due to abuse from secondary professions. Just seems like they did too much or didn't balance it in the right way.

Recharge had nothing to do with why they are not used as much. The casting time was lowered to 5. Now I don't need a mes with 16 fast cast to get a 4 sec cast res.

Would you have rather them limit the number of fiends and horrors (ultimatily killing a MM) or put a recharge on res to regulate the minions?

I'd take the res recharge any day then be limited on minions.
