I just found out I need 225 rolls of parchment, ouch thats expensive.
Any suggestions on where to aquire them?

Get someone to help you farm either Trolls north of Droknar's Forge or desert Hydra. Those two mob types drop staves and bows like they are going out of style, both of which salvage into wood. 5 wood and 20gp will get you 1 parchment from the crafter outside of Sardelac Sanitarium.

Or, if you manage to find some scrolls (off-hand), you can expert salvage them into parchment. You can get about 4+ from them if you're lucky.

Then go outside of Sardelac Sanitarium and craft.
You can also do what was mentioned earlier. Farm Trolls and salvage raven staffs and other drops..

The tombs of the primevil king has loads of items that can be salvaged into wood. Join a barrage/pet group and get 170 wood per run (40-60 mins), and maybe a chance for a green.
Then do as above, craft parchment yourself.

I had this problem a month ago with my necro too. So I just took a bundle of wood and made some parchment out of it, and then bought some rest at Droknar's (only buy for 70-75g, eventually someone will probably sell)

im doing trolls, making 80 a run, with very very quick and easy runs i would do trolls for it thats what im doing to get mky 200 parchment

Do a search on the auction site, you may get a nice surprise 
I get stacks of wood farming atm and convert them to parchment in 200 bundles and place them on the auction site as I hate selling in game. As I get so much I usually sell for 65 gold each for a quick sell.

It will be easy just buying them for 80 each and save yourself the haggeling time.
