these are the 2 items, are they worth much?

1. Shield of wing 16 armour (gold)
-2 in stance -2 while enchanted req 8 tactics

2. Fiery Dragon Sword 15-22 (gold)
+15% while enchanted 18% longer enchantments req 7swordsmanship.
