Executioner Strike recharge?

Just did a troll solo run and i saw that executioner strike is recharging....are the trolls using something to make the skill recharge???

They do pack a disrupt skill, either disrupting chop or savage slash I forget which ... but yeah, it's annoying

EDIT: Hehe, i'm quick on the draw today, Bahumhat ^_^

Maybe they used Disrupting chop on you while you used the skill.

EDIT: dang, beaten to it.

Disrupting Chop adds a 20 second recharge to the interrupted skill, even if it didn't have a recharge. Savage Slash doesn't.

You were unlucky and was hit by Disrupting Chop. It's rare, but it happens.
