Just wondering how much this is worth as is and how much it would be worth with the standard perfect mods (fort and sundering). I know the skin is pretty rare so let me know. Thanks.

Oh, and how much is a req 8 max dmg cleaver 14^50 worth?

1) 5k for rare axe with not so good dmg + 10k for double ad (might be hard to sell)
2) 15k

1 20-30k dont mod it
2 15-20k
