Getting into a group

I have 1 question how are you supposed to get into a "good" group in the hall of heros if you have to be rank 3 or above. I think its stupid. Everyday i want to do hall of heros but once i get into a group its like ok every come here "PING PING PING". now do you rank emote. Miss Jhawk wheres your emote.

if anyone would be willing to let me in there group in the hall of heros please tell me because i really like that stuff.

You can go with unranked groups there, or you can go with your guild if you have one.

You could also join one of those groups and hope they don't ask you to emote.

I say it's all BS but hey... they want the "1337" group. IMO : This is mainly why people blame IWAY wars alot even though it was mainly to get lots and lots of fame so you COULD do rank.

Suggest get into a guild that will allow you to HoH, either that or start making friends with lots of people who are on around the times you are on to do HoH.

I don't want to sound like an arse, but you have to remember that every person (for the most part) had the same problem you do currently. They all had no fame and, atleast some of them, had more skill than most 6+s. Your in the same boat they just got out of.

You just gota keep working for it. Time is the key for getting rank.

It's been like this WAAAY before the advent of IWAY, Smiting, Spirit Spamming and Air Spike.

Build up a friends list and play with them. Start your own groups so that you can find good players regardless of rank, and set your own rules. It's not going to happen overnight.

What I want to know is this:

As everybody in the group will be Rank 3+, who's fault will it be if it all goes tits up????

I mean they all consider themselves LEET (or 1337 for their sakes), so if everybody is that damn good who gets the blame???

While I was in HoH the other night there were a couple of groups flashing off tiger emotes, bragging, and trying their damn hardest to get their characters to mimic a sexual act!

Its not hard to rank up to level 3, what I can’t understand is why don’t you play with unranked groups and all get r3 together. If you got skill, then you have to believe that all the other rank 0’s have skill too, why is it that people don’t want to play with their own rank? Everyone thinks that they are a “special case” and all the other r0’s suck except for them. People discriminate against their own rank, then cry when they cant get in a higher ranked group. I don’t get the logic.

Go play in team arenas it is far better.I haven't had much fun in HOH/HA since beta.To me Rank mean nothing and I have no Rank just a little fame.You could alway get in a pug group at the HA.

Anet should make an emote for rank 1-3, something below an elk... maybe a rabbit?

Anyway, I dont think those who demand a wolf+ emote would do any better than you.
