seriously though, this happens a fair bit, when you use an attack skill but interuppt it yourself at a certain point

It's just a minor graphics glitch, like a staff poking through a cape. It's certainly more extreme, though, with an arrow drawn while you are standing still.

I think Anet should look into implementing those arrows as a sort of battle damage effect, kinda like in Lineage 2. It would help to know which part of your body did those attacks land, and wouldn't it be cool to run around with those stuck in your cranium?
