Those shields are hard to pc 'cause they're so build-specific. And I don't even know what the max armor vs. PvE stuff is. I'd merch the blood one myself, +1 blood is just not that popular. The other one might be worth a few K to a PvE warrior.
FDS isn't really that useful or rare, so you can probably sell this one for 5-10k, since it does have a nice req. Even the perfect ones just don't go for that much.

I think the higest + armor vs. something is +8... although i've never actually seen one above +7
