The exact same thing happened to me except it was Lina refusing to res Dunham. Mhenlo had died, and she refused to res anyone until she could res him first (which required getting dangerously close to a mob of mursaat).

Dunham is a jerk lol... Me and my friend were doing some mission and all henchies and us got killed except dunham and he just started running around back and forth using Distortion and eventually we all left. No wounder noone wants to res him
