Well... this really isn't a price check, moreso a SKIN check...

Is this a rare skin? I've never seen this before, I only thought earth staves had either the orr skin or the galigord's skin...

I've done a search and i can't find any threads on this...
I've also checked on http://www.tel.eohjay.net and i cannot find it as well..

If its just ordinary, sorry for wasting your time.

havent seen that skin before so im pretty sure its rare, couldnt put a price on it though.

It's a new skin that came with the update. Picked up an air, water and earth - all with new skins - while soloing D'Alessio Seaboard so I don't think they're considered rare as yet...

Seen all four new skins for eles... Not bad... Wonder when the gold ones are gonna start popping up and selling for 50-100k...
