My question is how much is it worth now? Should i spend the money on the upgrades for it? Like add 10/10 sundering and +30HP. Then how much would it be worth? Thank you in advance!

Even if more reliable people pc it higher, I say don't buy the upgrades, as this anyone who wants that mod will have played the game long enough to know how to get their own upgrades and how much they actually cost, so it won't be worth your time.
