These seem to be dropping fast and furious, judging from how many of them have shown up on this page since the update. No one really knows what they will settle at, price wise, but I'd sell it fast. And, of course, I can't give you an accurate pc b/c you have neglected to include the req.
Sell as fast as you can as high as you can. Start with over 100K + ecto (make it up, doesn't matter) I have seen worse ones than that already sell for 100+ 20 ecto
As they come flooding into the market and others are available prices will drop. Get it while you can.
