Changes To The Streaming System

The streaming system is bloody handy but its a little light on the features so here is some basic suggestions:

* Update the placement of the lightning bolt so it doesnt force large numbers over UI elements.
* On the login screen, show how much data is left to go as well.
* Allow the player to choose to disable preloading of content which will not effect their current account.

Thoughts?

I agree, there should be some measure of control over streaming content.
