Hi

You used to be able to get them by doing the quest by Simon the Scribe but they have nerfed them now I think so they arent -50hp anymore, think they are -20 like ones that you can get as drops.

Lots of ppl selling them still at the moment tho for about 5-10k

What a load of complete rubbish! I got one on Wednesday from Simon the Scribe, so they're still available and still have the -50hp on them.

If anyone say's otherwise in the game then it's because they're trying to flog one at some ridiculous price!
