Is this Blood(y) weapon worth anything? Near misses on everything except for the requirement:

Dark Dmg: 11-20 (req. 8 Blood Magic)
Energy +14
Energy regeneration -1
halves casting time of spells (Chance:9%)

I'd say about 20K. It's be worth at least twice that if it were max, of course, but high energy + something else mods are always in demand.
