List of skills you have to buy?

Is there anywhere i can get a list of skills, that you can only get from buying? with a list of the trainers whos selling them? I dont wanna waste skills points, if i can get the skills from quests...

Tried doing a search but keeping getting "problem with the database" even hitting refresh just brings up the same error

This gives a complete list of all the skills for all the professions and tells you if they can be earned from a quest or not. I hope this helps.
