W/mo Help me make a pvp and pve build(tanking)/w swords! They can be seperate builds =D. Please and Thank you! I'd really like insight on the atrribute points aswell, like how much one point in tactics/str/swordsman/healing/smiting/etc will affect my character.

Post what you are using at the moment, and we'll help you make it better.

Strength will give you more armor penetration, all the other attributes will help skills that have that as a base requirement. I would peak around in the pvp forums if you want to find some builds for that.
