Collector Edition Content for Factions!!!

Is the CE not available for preorder yet?

This is all pretty confusing to me. I hope if there is an official CE preorder that Gaile or Alex will give information about it soon. Otherwise, I'm gonna have to get the European online pre-order to get the access key for the preview event as I have no free character slots (will have to make an extra account).

Honestly, from a "power gamer"'s perspective, the CE is junk. But as far as just a casual person goes, this stuff is quite neat

I concur, in-game visual effects are not worth it.

set up a new email on your isp (mine allows 10)

use 1 of those friend invites to that extra email account you just made

use the guest key you sent to yourself to set up an account.

you can do that today to be sure it works in time to preorder if for some reason it doesnt.

Thanks for the info. What I was wondering is:

I have two accounts that I can log in to, my normal one and a second one I set up with the access key for the PvP Preview Weekend. The second one now says:

'Your free demo account is not currently active. The Guild Wars: Factions Global Free-For-All Weekend event is over. For more information, please see www.guildwars.com.'

I was wondering whether if I sent the guest invitation to the email address for that account, and then changed the access key of the account to the one recieved, would it become usable for the coming Preview Weekend?

If this is possible, thank you Loviatar. I wouldn't have figured that out myself, and it would mean I could then get the pre-order of the CE when it is officially advertised.
