A hill overlooking the Barradin Estate.
There's no apparent way to get up on top of it.

Note: Yes, my forum namesake is a level 2 Mesmer with no second class who is still in pre. Yes, yes, yes, yes, yes I know. He's not my first character, just my favorite.

Indeed I did. I was killing Aloe Seeds for the armor collector in Fort Ranik, and there was one on that hill, which looked scaleable at the time. It turned out not to be, when I tried to get the Unnatural Seed. But I simply clicked the Unnatural Seed, and my mesmer made the best display of mousing ever.
That there rock wall be glitched! ^_^
