A very large, cozy virtual world.

I've been very interested in the necromancers that solo thirsty river, and i've recently been trying to come up with one, but so far, i've had no luck... the current build im using consists of:

Arcane Echo
Veratas Sacrifice
Blood of the Master
Animate Bone Fiend
Animate Bone Horror
Animate Bone Minions
Taste of Death
Deathly Swarm

13 soul reaping
16 death magic

I'm not sure what i've been doing wrong, but i just cant seem to upkeep the minions, even with verata's sac and blood of the master and arcane echo... energy hasn't been a problem, and i've been pretty much fine as far as equipment goes (using undertombs/ToPK green staff)..... maybe it's just me, but any suggestions on how to improve would be greatly appreciated. Also, if someone would be willing, i would appreciate a demonstration ingame hehe.... Thanks for all help/comments/criticism/suggestions/rants/spam/etc

If you would like to Pm me ingame, my IGN are Nero Fayth, Rellik Tac, Mitochondrial Eve, Selvetise Lionheart

As killjoy as mentioned, monk or ele secondary do has some nice skills for maintain and keep your summons alive.

If you are using monk as secondary, heal area is an extremely useful spell additional to BotM and Verata's Sacrifice. It also heals the necro. Bring you heal up to at least 8.

If you are using ele as secondary, gylph of renewal (elite) is useful for maintaining a constant veratas sacrifice on your summons.

GoR - For 15 seconds, your next spell instantly recharge.
Verata's Sacrifice - Sacrifice10% of maximum health. For 8-18 seconds, all undead allies gain 10 health regeneration. All conditions are removed from those allies and transfered to you. At death 16, its 21 secs.

So cast GoR then cast Veratas. Verata recharges instantly again due to GoR. If we are using Verata's without GoR, the recharge will be 45 secs. However now that we have veratas recharge immediately, wait for GoR to recharge again. And the good thing about it is GoR takes 15 secs to recharge. Hence, the recharge time of veratas' become dependent on GoR only (not longer 45 secs, but rather 15 secs).
