I went out today to farm, and after a battle used Heal Sig, well it sounded normal, but about 2 sec, after it finishes there is a weird echo. This part of the update, or is it just me?

They did improve the sound quality in the game, which meant adding many new sound affects, so it likely is part of the update, yes.

I have noticed sounds looping like an "echo" as you put it, very annoying when monking to hear 6 or 7 reversal of fortunes after 1 cast, I kept spinning around to see if another character had brought it and oh man when my guildy was raising dead in it just never stopped.
