I've been in contact with Support about this since Monday but wanted to know if anyone else has noticed this :
Warrior/Necro using plague touch on a boss of any type (Grenth's Footprint and Sorrows Furnace is where I noticed this) after being hit with Melandru's Arrow causing bleeding...the bleeding transfers properly, but the degeneration does not. I've been using plague touch since day one with my warrior, and it's always worked properly until last week's update (not today's). I've tested this on all types of bosses, including those with no form of regeneration, and with no healing assistance.
It's almost second nature to use the skill immmediately after I get hit, so it's not about the effect expiring instantly. The pink floods the boss' guage, and it just sits there, without degeneration, for however long it takes to expire.
P.S. - I am experiencing the degenerating effects prior to using the skill (bleeding)

I don't see anything about bosses having health regen of 10 since last week's update (march 3). where did you guys find that?
AnnaCloud9
I personally never saw this tidbit either ducktape, but in and about towns I've seen people mention a farmer's dilemma this-or-that (but never regarding +10 regen for bosses). I still think thats excessive, since they already are blessed with +50% recovery rate for both hexes and conditions.
Maybe imsystem and I are talking about 2 different things or effects?

Most characters with natural resistance [halves duration of everything on you: hexes, conditions, but not enchants, only damagers] have a natural 5 regen, iirc.
Mysterial
Bosses have had a natural regeneration (which I believe is +5 but could be wrong) since the game shipped. Bleeding causes only -3 health degeneration so bosses will still be regenerating health after receiving it. Plague Touch Burning or Poison or some other condition on top of bleeding and you'll probably see their health decrease.

It's five arrows of regen, which equals ten HEALTH per second, in case that was confusing.
ducktape
Oh cool. 5 arrows of regen is much more sensible, and yet I did not even know they had it. Now I can take that into account when making builds. Thanks Unienaule!
