They said that alliances are formed up of 10 guilds! That means that there will only be 10 guilds you can join to be able to get into Luxon or Kurzicks? If not then there will always be guilds on your side (luxon or kurzicks) trying to compete to get into the 10 wich are always active in controlling citys!

From my understanding, there are 2 "factions", the Luxon and Kurzicks, these two factions are made up of alliances, which in turn are made up of guilds. So basically you have 3 levels:

Factions
|
v
Alliances
|
v
Guilds

I have not heard anything about a limit to the number of Alliances per faction.

there is no limit... how stupid would that be??

alliances : 10 guilds

faction : as many as you can make? ...
