They are just fire, air, and water staves.
Edit: They are only dyeable on the ring where head attach the main pole, while air staff have the entire handle part dyeable (except the gold marking)

no they're noraml staffs , i found like 20 clean ones on a few hydra runs and all the raven staffs now acauly have like a stuffed raven on the end of them LOL!
