Many people pick up black dyes in pre sear for hardly anything.. then u get a few that sell it at the dye trader (post sear) price... stupid really since most people dont have 7k in pre sear.

First of all you need to farm charr a lot to get to level 10.
Second of all, you need a hellovalot more than 2K to buy 118 black dye, EVEN if you're scamming them from newbies in pre-searing.
Thirdly, the exploit to move stuff from post-searing to pre-searing is now fixed, so you needn't pretend you've not got stuff ferried in from post-searing.

I can see it happening, I met a ranger in pre-searing that was level 14. All he did was trade. Obviously he had farmed a few char to hit 14, but he said he got bored with that and was working on black dyes. He had alot of dye and money lol.

Is there a collector now that happens to give headgear now? Because I was just asking around yesterday morning to see if I could get my lvl 8 N/Me a headgear in pre, and everyone said only new characters made AFTER the 3/9/06 update had the headgear available. If there is a collector, could you point the way, so that I won't have to delete this char just to get headgear on a character in Pre?
Edit: Also, if you could post a /age or /deaths (i think those are the commands to bring up the age and deaths of your character) screenshot along with your bar showing your lvl 10 for us? And if you can a screenshot of the runes you have on your armor? This will help make believers out of us non believers.

In reference, the one that said "ALL or none" was me. I was a gambling man about my dyes, and I knew only a handfull of people in pre could actually meet my bet, and I knew who they were.
