WoW I was just amazed with the New Berzerker Armor. This armor adds HP will this replace the ever Popular Gladiator's Armor and Platemail Armor??
It has a AL of 80 which is about the same as Gladiator's Armor the Energy Bonus. Tho this armor has a lower AL of 80 per piece compared to Platemail Armor you get more hp. In my oppinion this will probably blow both Gladiator's Armor and Platemail Armor out of the water. Berzerker's Armor just might be my new favorite armor. What do you guys think about the new armors??

I don't think that it will replace Gladiators. People choose Glads for the extra energy when they run energy based builds. Plate is popular due to it's higher AL vs. all types of damage, and I'd rather have more armor than more health.
Berzerker is still quite interesting, don't get me wrong, gut I don't think that it will replace either Glad or Plate because of the fact that their strengths are for specific builds. I think that Berzerker will be the most popular armor for new players because its bonus is easier to understand and appears to be the best option.
Legionnaire will be a great choice for stance tanks, just combine that with a nice stance based 45/-2 shield and you got a pretty decent tank.
Sentinel is the one that has my attention at the moment. That armor, plus the Bulwark, throw in some nifty attacks and defensive skills. I can't wait. If only the ascalon helm was +1 strength instead of tactics....

Berserker armor may result in viably being able to tack on another superior or major rune to your warrior...with that being said, I can't see myself using anything other than glads for my hammer warrior, and any other energy based hammer warrior.
First off, Healing Signet warriors are dominant in GvG. 13 stregnth = no healing signet, though I suppose Endure Pain is just as much a viable skill as Healing Signet, although very differant uses.
Most hammer warriors are HEAVILY energybased. You'll usually see Irresistable Blow, Frenzy, Crushing Blow and Bull's Strike/Charge on any given hammer warrior.
+5 Energy (or +6 energy when they fix knight's) for a hammer warrior CAN be very important. Not to mention +1 second to knockdowns is generally more usefull than +1 energy or a 12.5 percent chance of having +20 armor, even if you are only using Bull's Strike/Charge.
Defense on a warrior in GvG... Important, but not top priority. I think the higher offense capabilities of Berserker or Gladiator's armor outweighs the defense from Legion and Sentinal armor.
Ofcoarse, this could all change with the new factions skills, as energy may not be as important to a hammer warrior with the new skills. We can only wait and see.

I don't want to be on the same PvP team as a Warrior with 13 strength, thank you very much.

I want to make use of sentinel armour for PvE, so I've been trying a few things on the training island. Sentinels are really made to just stand there and take it like a man, so here's the attribute template I came up with:
13 Strength (10+superior)
12 Weapon (11+minor)
12 Tactics (10+minor+gladiator's helm)
Obviously I forfeit the sentinel helm right away (much like my necromancer will never see AL70 head scars).
I also decided to make a non-specific weapon build just using Strength and Tactics skills
Distracting Blow (no attribute)
Power Attack (Str)
Desperate Blow (spelling...) (Tac)
Shield Bash (Str)
Watch Yourself! (Tac)
Healing Signet (Tac)
Dolyak Signet (Str)
Warriors Endurance (Str)
Any melee weapon + stance shield (I had a go with axe and hammer)
Desperate Blow is hilarious with Dolyak Signet up - cause a random condition, hit like a truck and DON'T get knocked down - except for the 2 seconds Dolyak isn't up
Warrior's Endurance is there to spam Power Attack and Desperate Blow - the only adrenal skill there is Watch Yoursel!
I think that's a pretty damage absorbing tank there, and you can use any weapon you like the look of.

It's only a crap attribute with the skills we have now...and even then some of them have uses. With new upcoming skills, it within the realm of possiblity that Strength Warriors will be the new FotM, we just don't know, so giving up on any of these armors based only on what we know now is not a good idea. Of course the other side of that is true. We can't very well say they'll replace Glads/Plate, without getting a glimpse of what is to come, Cause things may change very little.
But for myself, if I had to choose between the new armors, I think I'd pick Sentinal. 100 armor pretty much all the time is much better than 110 vs. physical (when in stance). I'm not sure added health would be that much help. I've always been of a mind that damage prevented is better than one or two more hits worth of health. But I'm gonna see what new skills come out before I make a decision on armor.
