Runes, Materials and Factions?

Has this question been asked in any of the Interviews?


If Factions if a stand alone game then is the economy going to be linked with the first chapter, if not I'm worried that people are just gonna get factions stock up on cheap stuff and push the prices up.

Wonder how Anet is gonna combat this, inless of course the dont let you buy runes and materials in the preview event but that wouldn't make much sense.

So, any ideas on a way to handle this problem if the economy is not linked?

The economies will be linked, I'm sure.

As far as the preview event, they are going to fix that with. at the end of the preview event, the prveiew character will be reset so that they have no inventory items. Also, the preview event will not be able to interact with the current characters
