I was wondering if I get FACTIONS, will I need to enter my guild wars cdkey? I hope not, I forgot where my box is. I just download the game off guru and play, My account is still active.

No you will not. You can either add the new Factions key to your existing account via the login screen, or install Factions as a stand alone product completely.
