Upcomin Beta Question

Can someone wnser tis question.


The beta is the 24th-26th if im not wrong. And im not planning n making a ritualist or assasin because theres going to be to much of them on the missions and not enough mesmers ect.So during beta im planning on bring my warrior to canatha and buying all 3 sets of 15k armor, and the most expensive sword (i have over 700k to spend). Will it all be deleted by the times Factions officially come out?

I don't think you can switch to cantha yet with your characters.

The only thing you can do is making a new profession in cantha, thats all you can do I think

If I unlock assassin/rit runes, will they be unlocked then when factions comes out?

Yes they will

I remember reading somewhere u can't travel with your characters to cantha during the beta. U have to create a new one to go to cantha. I also remember reading that canthan chars u create will be already lvl 20 and have max armor and items for testing purposes. When beta ends, the char will not be deleted but they'll start from lvl 1 again and with no items, so that u can reserve your chraracter name. Also, there won't be any storage in cantha so that u can't transfer any kind of items or money from cantha to tyria.

no u can't. not in this event.
in the 24-25-26 event u can create high level pve characters in cantha to try 4 advanced missions. u can't bring anything from cantha to be used with your other character and u can't go to cantha with your characters.
when factions is out, then u can do anything, but not in this event.

u can keep on loosing time asking if u can, but i guarantee u can't. a.net has been pretty clear on this

he was right, indeed, the unlocked runes/upgrades will stay unlocked

i hope you can unlock then, coz i missed the first weekend..now i'm maxed out of faction though
