Plague Touch

Does this only transfer conditions or can it to hexes as well? If not hexes, is there a spell that can transfer both conditions and hexes?

To the best of my knowledge, there's no way to transfer or spread hexes.

Only conditions... Such as Bleeding, Crippled, On fire, Poison, Etc.
