Higher armor ratings on them DOES NOT = more difficulty, it just means that more people will exploit lifestealing/degan/armor ignoring damage and Ranger and Warrior damage dealers will not see much play. Please do not resort to the stereotypical "lets increase enemy defense/damage, that ALWAYS = more difficulty!" cliche that every MMORPG seems to come into.

Give the enemies better builds and better AI, not better defense.

Warrior and Ranger actually have more armor ignoring abilities...

When it says deal X damage. That means it ignores armor.

You mean EVERY RPG that was was ever made. "Oh give it more Hp and armor" that will make it harder..... NOT!

Oh, so I suppose you have a suggestion as to how they're supposed to make them tougher? This is the sardelac sanitarium, and this is the place for suggestions. Where's the suggestion?

They already do that. Saying that means absolutely nothing. If you've been in the Underworld, you'll see Dying Nightmares, and if you go to Snake Dance you'll find Heretics. Why? Because Anet decided to put in BETTER BUILDS to counter players. Now lets see what else I can gun down. Oh yeah, do you have an elementalist? Do you remember a time when you could cast AoE skills and the monsters wouldn't run away? They made BETTER AI. I can't even think of a time when they increased monster defense to couter a player exploitation.

So, here we go again. I suppose you have a suggestion as to how they're supposed to make them tougher? This is the sardelac sanitarium, and this is the place for suggestions. Where's the suggestion?

Yes, and I'm saying those builds still suck and they should be better. About 90 percent or more of monster builds in this game are piss poorly designed.

Um... I guess you're talking about something completely off topic.

I'm not talking about exploitations. I'm talking about the progress of the game. How eventually almost every enemy has the same, if not better, AL of a warrior, even if their profession does not fit it, resulting in Warriors becoming obsolete damage dealers compared to lifestealing/armor ignoring damage dealers.

Your typical enemy should probably have about the same defense as that of human counterparts (because that is the way the game was balanced) with more health, or have some sort of resistance/damage reduction towards lifestealing/damage ignoring skills or just give the enemies the similiar armor as human counterparts andactually improve their builds to be something other than trash.
