My PuG did it, and I was the tank holding the egg. I suggested trying it, as there's no penalty for doing so. Was very pleased when we actually did it.

I've done it 3 times with PUGs. Here's what I do have to add:
she does indeed use only monster skills

Study these skills. It'll tell you what her weaknesses and strengths are. Once understood, and appropriate setups used, she is just another monster.
Whoever said she has all elites is a tard.
Whoever is monking, it really helps to have Prot Spirit. Whatever else you use is fine, just have Prot Spirit. A bond or two are nice.

Not true. I beat it with all henchman.
Just get someone to hold the crystal and dodge the fire balls. Problem solved.

i helped to kill glint in about 5 minutes. if you interruptt her once for any of her skilsl she is as good as dead.

I killed her once and got owned the other 5 times.
I did get a screenshot of me doing the "bow head" emote over her head (with the signature collectors addition green stream) On my necro but I deleted it

ive done it with 2 ppl once...me as a warrior and a guildie as a boonprot monk  just interrupt his crystal hibernation, use smite hex on his damn hex you get so you cant be targetted by spells ( cant remember what its name was ) and he's dead

I killed it once with a Guild Group, I was playing Ranger, but I didn't take interupts...? We all ended up having to stop attacking at appropriate times but the Healer Hench on the other hand...
I also tried to kill it in a PuG group, I just ran over and picked the egg before they went through the portal. We all died and some of them went and did a ragequit... I'm not sure if they had to do the mission again or not...

Or you can have one person hold one egg, someone hold the other and pick one up, drop it, pick the other up drop it...so on...and she keeps walking back and forth doing nothing. Then you just keep hitting her.

Haven't killed Glint, yet. Not far enough. But I'm not going to be satisfied until I can solo her... as a squishie mesmer.

I beat her just by interupting her crytal hybernation and crystal gaze. Pull back when she went into crystal skin stance, this is the one that does damage to you.

killed her a while back. disrupt the attacks and just dont use mellee with one of her spells and it should be eaasy.
biggest prob it the one that deflects mellee attacks and bounces it back like 100 dam

Yeah. Just a couple hours ago, on my first time through the mission in fact!
We started the mission and right after the first boss our monk capped and bailed on us... So it was 6 guys and a healer hench as our only monk. We powered through to the end and were very surprised at our success as we saw Glint's health steadily dropping through our constant barrage. The trick is to interrupt everything you can and keep as many conditions on her as possible I think.

My first time ever facing her... was in a group of 7 other pugs all speaking french lol... which I understand very little of but we did it. I was a E/Mo and this was before the Area of Effect was nerfed so she pretty much stood around as I rained meteors on her head once my exhaustion cleared up.
I've faced her twice since... failed both times. Once with my warrior and once with my mesmer. The groups I were in were not full groups which I believe is critical when facing her.

Finaly got it too , Glint is down . U need good balanced group , no pets at all , better bring some usefull skill , warrrior when hold egg just stand front of Glint and move strafe left-right to dragon miss u , abd thats it , u will get it .

Killing glint is easy, jus take a low hp monk, get full dp and use prot spirit + mending, glint will hit low on u while others kill it

Ive killed glint twice, first time with german people i couldnt understand cause on one was on english server lol, then second time was me (Blood necro), a warrior/monk, a necro/mesmer who happened to be mm and jsut sat there mostly lol and the awesome henchmen, including Dunham and his interupts for some reason i allways find mission harder with PUGs than henchies

I did it on my monk.. with my warrior and my mesmer, the teams I was in just were'nt set up to do it.
