This thread is about farming and how you go about it. The following method is what I use. I've included a couple of videos. I make enough money like this to keep my rp alts equipped with the best gear and expensive dyes.

Amnoon Spiders
This is a typical ~1 min run in amnoon. Spiders drop a lot of necro stuff and a lot of gold. They also drop warrior weapons that tend to salvage for steel. I get 100 XP per kill from these. So, 10 spiders is 1000 XP in 1 minute. Very nice place.
River Knights
This run is slightly longer and more easier. The drops are more warrior oriented and sometimes salvage for steel. I like amnoon more.

I watched the Amnoon Spiders one... Not bad. I'm guessing River Knights is Riverside, Against the White Mantle Justiciars.. right?
I use A W/N with Mark of Pain, Bonetti's Defense, And Insidous Parasite to farm, in Riverside. First Insidous parasite, Which keeps me healed most of the way to the 10 energy I need to cast Mark of Pain, Then when I have enough adrenaline I use Bonetti's D, Which gives me a fairly good rate to evade.

Cast Symbol of Wrath to stack some more damage, and then just heal yourself with Healing Touch and Reversal of Fortune as they become available (don't stop 'till they're all dead).

Well I can see how you farm, but I just don't get how you keep your enchantments up against those spiders. Don't they cast that necro disenchant if they see you have enchantments up?

Another place you might want to take a look (for weapons) at is the bonus area of Bloodstone Fen. In this area are Jungle Guardians, which the bonus tells you not to kill. If you do kill them, 4 lvl20 ravagers (look like fog nightmares) will spawn from the corpse. They gang up on a target and do the dark aura/touch of agony combo. Anyway, killing just one batch of them left us with 1 gold, 2 purple and 1 blue item.

man that is an awesome video i was always thinking of my next build and was going to go emo because u have a but load of mana and heal a lot but after seeing that hell yea no doubt about being an emo now.

The best way I know to far is to farm wreckages with sprint as a warrior. I get about 6-12 weapons every three minutes with pocket change from the fourth wreckage of either 50-250g. I could get a 5th but that slows me down to much.

And shield of regeneration is by far the stupidest thing to use to farm, its limited to the amount of health it heals, healing hands is not.

Take spell breaker or obsidian flesh to prediment rock. With minimum self-heal, flesh golems will not be able to hurt a single hair on you.

Alan: you don't need a monk as your primary if that's what you're asking, my N/Mo can do the exact same thing, basically all the healing you need against those critters comes from healing hands so there is no real need for divine favor, hence allowing any primary to pull this off

For the poster that asked why these files are not in a 'standard' WMV or MOV (quicktime) format, it's because those two formats that are "native" to the players have horrible compression. XviD is great compression and encoding and allows the files to be much smaller without sacrificing a tremendous amount of quality.
Downloading and installing the codecs linked earlier is a simple task that requires little effort for a lot of benefits.

You can't farm right outside of Amnoon, there are Rockshot Devourer's or whatever they're called all over the place. Try to cast anything with 1second or more cast time and they'll interrupt you.
I'd like to know where these "spiders" are where it's all open space except when you trigger 5 of em to come up. This must have been a popular area and they took steps to make it more difficult or I'm just in the wrong area.

Look at the first video, it's right outside Amnoon. You just have to avoid the scorpions. Most of the time they spawn away from the buried spiders. When they aren't, you go through Amnoon and back out again or just kill them with spiders.

I like the nice "Undead Hordes" quest from the Beetleton Elder, you can farm the first two waves then go back into the city and the com back and do it again and again ^^

Conquer Sanctum Cay (mission 15 or so), then you will be taken to the Amnoon Oasis in the lower right corner of the map. Then go outside to Prophet's Path. That's where all the "Amnoon Spiders" (the politically correct term is "Jade Scarabs" XD) are.

I got the Amnoon run to work however 1 out of every 3 attempts is foiled by the Rockshot Devourers. Some spawn with the "spiders" (jade scarabs I believe) and their aggro status is linked with the scarabs'. Other times, it's just impossible to avoid them jumping in the battle.
With the scarabs, I found you can make some substitutions if you don't have Balthazar's Aura or Healing Touch (I didn't get either until Droknar's Forge). Smite Hex works well for some instantaneous AoE damage as well as Shatter Hex if you're a mesmer (although you'll have to have some points in domination). Mend Ailment has a low enough recharge time to spam on yourself to get both the Divine Favor healing and the Zealot's Fire damage so it works well as a workaround for healing touch.
I got better drops from the scarabs however you'll earn more money doing the zealots and justicars from Riverside. I have been rather irritated though at the purple and gold salvage item drops I get from Riverside that always expert salvage into hides or iron. The blue salvage items always have a rune (usually a crappy minor beastmastery that I couldn't pay people to take) which makes me wonder if these purple and gold ones are bugged.
Anyway, great videos, great posts....the gold is flowing in.
