I saw some guy in ToA offering 100 ecto for a req8 15^50 Shadow Blade. So I'm guessing 80-90 ecto if you find someone who really wants it.

I bought this sword from this dude for 100k + 43 Ecto. Roughly 400k. Worth every gold piece if you ask me. Of course I have modded it.

very nice sword, if i were you i wud put a beta mod like a 20% swordsmanship, it wud sell for lots then

i think poeple will still pay like 70 ecto orso to be 1 of the first witha 15> shadowblade

but there by far the 2 usefull mods imo

hard to say...they'll be about 100k for r.9 damn soon imo, sell now and buy it back later unless ya don't mind loosing/not gaining 40 or so ectos.

u can compare shadowblades to chaos axes imo. atm everyone just farms the chests like greens.
but the only place u can get chaos axes is fow just like shadowblades imo these will stay around the value of chaos axes.

hmmm, again, a top spec chaos axe is about 100k+70+ ecto, now all the players who have a chaos axe or a fellblade...how many will be able to afford (and ebay, cos i've asked a lot of players over the course of the last 9 months how they got their cash when they just...don't seem that keyed up... and a fair few buy their cash cos it's so 'cheap' which drives prices up on such vanity items cos everyone else is buying cash and certain people exploit that defeating the point, anyhow 'lolz'), yeah, how many could afford that price tag to keep it so stably high? I think req 8's will fetch about 200k in the long term, unless people ditch their fellblades as the zomgest sword (the average axe user may shun swords, thus no market there) and go for shadow blades...and the capital goes into shadow blades...But then comes chapter two with all the new weps, and whilst the new weps may only be available to factions buyers, alot of people will have brought factions...also the amount of them that are dropping will certainly cause saturation, they seem way more common that chaos axes :S

I dunno, this reminds me a bit of the IDS, insert a rare weapon into the economy, Initial surge, millions of profit to be made, and then it's cheap as hell later down the road cos of such focused farming.

If 10/10 sundering shadowblades start selling like hotcakes for 100k+60e (right now i've brought some for...considerably less than that), then we'll know who's buying ^^

Oh, and victos blade of course, for 10k you get the skin, 3:1 vamp and 30hp.

Chaos/fellblade/brute/CS, etc are unique skin

`they drop alot but they drop as many as chaos's ur just used to seeing crap chaos's u dont notice them atm theres a big fuss about the shadow so everyone posts them. imo a req 8/9 15> shadow Will fetch that emount

Actually I agree with you, Shadow blades will be worth an absolute fortune!

i'll offer 100k flat for the base sword. why. because i dont beleive in the way greed drives everyone. its usually the same action people get pissed about when they try to buy mods and the ebay market bot tells you like 30-50k over them mod value. not to mention victos is a green shadowblade. and only 1/3rd the price. gold isn't the issue with alot of elite oldtime farmers its principle for me thats the problem.

Surely, you'd buy for 100k and sell for oodles more. Quit the moralising

Also, victos aint 33k, it's like 10k last time I checked, I am european though, and I do most of my trade with those from over the pond, where perhaps money is more abundant.

i sold a req 8 15> sehpis for 200 ecto

sephis are far rarer...how long have shadowblades been out? i've already seen oodles of 14/15^50/stance/enchant from 8 to 13 req. Saturation will hit
