There is no such thing as original. Simple is a misleading term. You need to know where you are running and what you will encounter. If you will get hexed, poisoned, crippled.....The forge running thread contains every day running builds for Wammo's.
There is not a single "viable" Wammo option not covered in this thread...

If you still insist on a simple running build for a Wammo then I give you the following....
Mending
Sprint
Charge
Healing 8
Strength 10
Tactics 12
After that create your own based on where you are running. Will you get hexed?
Holy Veil
Smite Hex
Will you bleed or get crippled?
Purge Conditions
Mend Ailment
Purge Signet
Will you get knocked down?
Balanced Stance
Are there archers?
Deflect arrows
....the options are limitless. Do some reading and you will find that the article I linked covers all aspects of running and not just a forge run.

I do FoW chest runs...and find this build very effective...its a good base for almost any place you want to run.
Charge, sprint, shields up, endure pain, healing sig, rebirth(for those newb runners!), mend ailment(not used very often..but still need it) and smite hex...very usefull when you get frozen and can't run
I go down with only my sup absorption and sup vigors...minor tactics and minor strength...13 in strength and 14 in tactics.
If you run other places other then FoW...you might want to switch out the rebirth, shields up....smite hex..etc..etc...
good luck...and just try different things...like Me No fat saids...know the enemies in the area you are running in..and make your build accordingly.
