Pc on some Golds pls

Hey could i get a PC on this weapons pls:

Gold - Sundering Chaos Axe of Warding
Req. 9 axe
Dmg+ 14% (while enchanted)
Armor P +10% (Chance 9%)
Armor +7 (vs. Ele attacs)

Gold - Earth Wand
req 11 Earth
Energy +5 (while enchanted)
Halves Skil recharge of Fire Magic spells (chance 18%)

Gold - Vamp War Hammer of Enchanting
Req 12.
Dmg + 13% (in stance)
Vamp 4:1
Enchants last 19% longer

Gold - Furious War Hammer of Hammer Mastery
Req 8.
Double adren in hit ( chance 8%)
Hammer + 1 (19% chance using skills)

Gold - Smiting Rod
Req 8. smiting
Halves casting time of smiting prayer skills (chance 19%)

Oh and all are max damage.

The axe is worth ~20k
The wand is prolly ~10k
merch both hammers unless the vamp one has a good skin
~5k on the smiting rod

40K for the axe is more than possible as req9

wand would be worth relativly alot if it was req fire , but as its earth 5k

smit rod 10k, but demand is another thing, if i needed a smite rod i would pay 10k no problem, maybe even more.

merch both hammers and rod.

Droks collector rod is 20% smite recharge I think, a better mod than casting normally.
