its water so its rough ... not sure how many ele's use water skin ... its req 13 but is 20/19 both water ... and aparently a new skin ... worth something yes ... sorry i cant give a good value
its really hard to sell, lucky you, there are a lot of water eles playing GvG, so you just have to find some1 who needs gear for his PvE char to be able to play GvG...
i'd say around 40-50k
